Governor Scott’s ADDENDUM 8 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE ORDER 01-20
“On November 10, Vermont’s Governor Scott suspended the cross-state travel map, requiring a 14-day quarantine – or 7 days followed by a negative COVID-19 test – following any non-essential out-of-state travel by Vermonters and for all travelers entering Vermont from another state.”
“All businesses, not-for-profit entities and municipal government entities in the State shall reinstitute, to the maximum extent possible, or reemphasize to the extent necessary, telecommuting or work from home procedures. In person meetings are strongly discouraged and all meetings should be held by telephone or electronically to avoid in person meetings whenever possible.”
Our agents may operate in person if they (and their client/customers) can comply with the mandatory health and safety requirements. We will encourage as little in person meetings as is necessary and will continue to accommodate our buyers and sellers with as much remote viewing of properties as is needed.

Chills, repeated shaking with chills;
Muscle pain;
Headache;
Sore throat;
New loss of taste/smell;
Fever (feeling feverish or a measured temperature above 100.4F/38C;
Used any fever reducing medication in the past 24 hours;
